Get A Little Money From Frozen Yogurt

Abstract
Yoghurt or yogurt, is a milk made by bacterial fermentation. Yogurt can be made from any milk, including soy bean extract. Modern production is currently dominated by dairy cows. Fermentation of the milk sugar (lactose) produces lactic acid that plays a role in the milk protein to produce a gel-like texture and unique aroma in yoghurt. Yogurt is available in a variety of flavors, natural flavors, fruit flavors, vanilla, or chocolate flavors are also popular.
Evidence suggests that the cultured milk products being produced as food at least since 4500 years ago, 3rd century BC. Yoghurt initially possibility spontaneously fermented by wild bacteria that live on goat skin bags carried by the Bulgarian nation, nomadic people who started to migrate to Europe in the 2nd century AD and eventually settled in the Balkans in the late 7th century. Now, many countries have their own yogurt. However, until now there has been no clear evidence as to who discovered yogurt.

                Yogurt is usually consumption by high end people. It’s usually available at supermarket or to be a desert menu at the restaurant with the high price. I give an example. Yogurt Cimory is a one of the most successful company from Bogor. The beginning, it is only sell a yogurt to help the milk cow farm because of the decrease price of the milk. But now it become one of the successful company and they have a restaurant at Puncak, Bogor which is very beautiful place, I’ve been alredy there once.



                Then, I thing, why yogurt is only store at the supermarket or restaurant with high price, what if I make a yogurt with low price and sell it to children at their school. It’s a huge market. So I decided to make this paper is about making a frozen yogurt and sell to the school.
                This thought is not only just for a money. Beside that yogurt is very healthy beverage, because it based from fresh milk and the bacteria is good for the digestion. But yogurt isn’t good for everybody. Some people with ulcer disease is not recommend to drink it. But for kids I think it’s very good and healthy.  
Now I will show the process how to make it
Tool and Ingredient :
·         1 Lt of fresh milk (You can also use boxed milk)
·         Seed yogurt for 5% amount of your milk. For 1 Littre milk you can use 50 Ml of seed yogurt. You can get it on supermarket or chemical store.
·         Closed container.
·         Stove and pan.

How to make it:
·         Heat milk over low heat, stirring constantly for 30 minutes and keep the milk not to boil so the milk protein is not broken.
·         After 30 minutes, lift up the milk and let it cool until lukewarm at room temperature.
·         Put seeds yogurt and stir until blended by using sterile stirrer. When trouble finding mixer can use a wooden spatula previously been doused with hot water as the sterilization process.
·         When finished input into a sealed container and store it in the dark dark environment/no light can get through which is a condition of living bacteria ferment for 20-24 hours.
·         After 20-24 hours will appear yellowish viscous layer on the surface. If still not thick or less acid can again exceeded the time. If it is already fitted, using a sterile stir until well blended.
·         If you want to make yogurt again, remove some of the spoon into a small cup. This is what would become the starter if you want to create yogurt anymore so do not need to go to the supermarket to buy new seeds. Yogurt cup contains the closed meeting, write down the date of manufacture and then enter the refrigerator. It is recommended that a maximum of one week stay awake flavor and sterility
When ready,
·         Add or fruit syrup to taste and food coloring.
·         Enter into a small plastic and tied up
·         Freeze it into a freezer and wait until frozen.
·         Your frozen yogurt is ready to sell

This frozen yogurt I’ve made isn’t a frozen yogurt like in the restaurant, because in restaurant or cafĂ© is the yogurt is like an ice cream. What I’ve made here is like icy yogurt. Here some picture for example


Now the calculation of profit:

- Fresh milk                                                          = Rp 8.000,-
- Yogurt seeds                                                       = Rp 3.000,-
- Plastic                                                                 = Rp 1.000,-
                                                                             ______________ +
- Total outcome                                                     = Rp 12.000,-



- Price per small plastic                            = Rp 1.000,-
- 1 Litter of milk make 50 small plastic   = Rp 1.000,- x 50

-Total Income                                           = Rp 50.000,-


- Profit of 1 Litter of yogurt/50 small plastic yogurt = Rp 50.000 - Rp 12.000,-
                                                                                   = Rp 38.000,-
